The 2004 Council on Legislation.

 

The 2004 Council on Legislation will take place Sunday, 13 June through Friday, 18 June in Chicago, Illinois, USA at the Chicago Marriott Downtown.

 

The Council is the legislative body of Rotary International, which meets once every three years and has the authority to amend the constitutional documents of RI.

 

Each of Rotary's 529 districts will have a representative at the Council to debate and vote on legislation.

 

eClub One has proposed an enactment to change the Standard Manual of Procedures for clubs to confirm web make ups.  Proposal 04-18 in Volume One of the Council's agenda.

Spend some time browsing this site and learn how Rotary keeps abreast of the times -- one of the reasons we are celebrating 100 years in 2005.
